Director of Business Process & Digitization in Personal & Commercial Banking, as well as Business Lead and Architect for eForms/eSignature at BMO Bank of Montreal. Prior to joining BMO about 3 years ago, Abe spent 3 years at JPMorgan Chase leading the Business Analytics and Reporting group within Card Operations. Before that, Abe spent 5 years at MBNA/Bank of America, where he progressively held various positions in different areas such as Workforce Management/Call Center Operations, Customer Experience, Reporting and Business Analytics, Finance, Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Risk Management strategies.
Abe holds a degree in Mathematics with specialization in Applied Analysis and an MBA. In addition to his career in Banking, Abe is also a seasonal professor in the professional MBA program at the University of Ottawa, teaching Performance Management.
